Enjoy
your Christmas from the Landis Family...
Every
year, Isaac Joles, an herb salesman and landscaper from Chippewa Falls, WI, spent the month of November camped out in the
back woods of Northern Wisconsin harvesting Christmas trees. That was the early 1900's. Today, his granddaughter and her husband
are carrying on the family tradition. Lorna and Jim Landis planted their first tree in 1991 on a 21-acre piece of property
they bought off Route 5, just south of Harbeson - affectionately known as "the farm". Today the farm is filled
with thousands of Christmas trees, each waiting for the right family to take it home to celebrate the holidays. Whether
you're looking for the more traditional Douglas-Fir, the dense bluish-green Eastern White Pine, the new, shorter needled Canaan
Fir (a cousin to the Fraser fir), the lacy, blue-hued Concolor Fir, you'll find your perfect tree at Landis Tree Farm.
When you do, we'll cut it down and wrap it up for you.
